Always ask open ended questions, don’t ask of an ended answered questions for instance: what brand of phone are you using? After this answer is been laid down, you are speechless of what to say next thereby killing all your chances. Start a conversation that will continue to your desired plans. Always ask open-ended questions for instance: Ø Place: school Situation: trying to close from school Focus point: doing some cleaning Your presumption: she ought to be through with cleaning Starting Gear: trying to close from school? I like your tidiness! Hint: what kind of cleaning is been done and how it has been done Ø Place: stadium (dressing room) Situation: Warming up for the match/ dressing up Focus point: doing some little stretches Your presumption: the person must be and strong enough to take an opponent out Starting gear: you seem fit enough. I like your jersey, it’s fitting. Ø Place: Market Situation: stranded (can’t find a certain item of want) Focus po

Arsenal defender, Sead Kolasinac, has revealed his team-mates and manager Unai Emery helped him after his mistake led to Manchester United’s equalizer at Old Trafford. Kolasinac was at fault for Jesse Lingard’s goal, less than a minute after Arsenal had taken a 2-1 lead at Old Trafford. Emery said he had noticed Kolasinac looking miserable in the dressing room after full-time and had singled him out for praise for his overall performance during the game. The 25-year-old says the head coach’s reaction, as well as that of his team-mates, made him realise how together the squad has become. “It’s a good feeling coming into the dressing room like that. “Especially after knowing you’ve made a mistake and that mistake has potentially cost us two points. It made me feel better. The manager told me in no uncertain terms not to get too down about it, and that did help me. Everyone in the team too, it wasn’t just the coaching staff. “All the players came over and they consoled me an

Lucas Perez had waited 700 days to end his Premier League goal drought and then two came along at once as West Ham United secured a second successive victory. Perez had not netted in the top flight since scoring for Arsenal in January 2017, but the striker stepped off the bench to grab a quick-fire double in what became a stroll against Cardiff City. Michail Antonio headed West Ham’s third goal on a night that might have finished differently for Manuel Pellegrini’s team if penalty specialist Lukasz Fabianski had not saved a first-half Joe Ralls spot-kick. Fabianski’s save meant the goalkeeper has now stopped each of the last three penalties he has faced in the Premier League, although he did not end the night with a clean sheet as Cardiff substitute Josh Murphy scored in stoppage time. This was West Ham’s first back-to-back league victory, following the win at Newcastle, since January 2017. “They were very important goals for the team,” said Pellegrini. “For different reasons,
West Ham United striker Javier Hernandez could be set for a January switch to Spain with both Valencia and Real Sociedad interested, say reports. El Gol Digital say the 30-year-old former Manchester United striker, who has started just three Premier League games so far this season, is keen for a transfer. Mexico's all-time leading scorer is said to want regular first-team football and is keen for a move to La Liga due to lack of game time at the East London club. Hernandez spent the 2014/15 campaign on loan at Real Madrid, where he netted seven goals in seven league starts and has played in Germany and England since. In an interview with Marca last month, the strike ‘did not rule out’ a departure from the Hammers: “My only desire is to play as much as possible and earn a starting place.

The Ballon d'Or is the topic of the day, but Diego Simeone has explained that he isn't a big fan of individual awards. Using the example of the 2013/14 LaLiga best goalkeeper award, he spoke of why he doesn't take them too seriously. "You guys make me laugh because you want me to say something you already know," Simeone told reporters when asked in a press conference on Tuesday about individual awards and whether or not Atletico Madrid players are less likely to be chosen. "You already know. "Courtois went to Real Madrid and earned the title of being the best goalkeeper in the world, but when he was with us Keylor Navas won the prize when he was at Levante. "You know this, no? "It's much more difficult to play at Atletico than at other places because our story has always been more about work and effort. "As for [Antoine] Griezmann, I'll repeat what I told him. "If I were in his position then I'd be happy for al
Manchester United are lining up a moves for Roma man Lorenzo Pellegrini. He has been in one of the stars of Serie A so far this season and his release clause of £26.5m has alerted several clubs from across Europe. Italian sides AC Milan and Juventus are thought to be keeping tabs on his situation with Roma apparently planning a new deal to ward off interest. Calciomercato indicates that Jose Mourinho wants to sign the 22-year-old during the January transfer window. The release clause is activated in the summer of 2019 and the race is on for his signature. Diaz deal close Manchester City youngster Brahim Diaz have reportedly agreed a deal with Real Madrid. The youngster scored twice during City's 2-0 win over Fulham in the Carabao Cup recently and he is highly-rated at the Etihad Stadium. However, he is yet to pen a new contract with his deal expiring in the summer. A £60,000-a-week deal has now apparently been agreed as Madrid look to snare the talented attacker.
